We perform many professional Real Estate Inspection Jobs, Including the following Real Estate Inspection Services:

Foundation- A foundation is the base on which something rests; for example the supporting part of a house.  As a Texas Professional Real Estate Inspector, TREC requires us to Report customers as in need of repair conditions that are present and visible and may be adversely affecting foundation performance, such as erosion or water ponding.

Roof and Attic- A roof is the outside covering of a building or structure that protects the components beneath.  An attic is an area that occupies the space under a pitched roof.  City Rite Real Estate Inspections LLC shall report to the customer as in need of repair deficiencies in the roof covering, structure and sheathing.  When we enter attics we study the structure, space, and general ventilation of the area.

Insulation and Ventilation- Insulation helps to maintain the temperature within a given space or envelope.  Ventilation is the system in which air is circulated throughout the house or building structure.  City-Rite Real Estate Inspections LLC will report to the customer as in need of repair any possible deficiencies in combustion air vents and non working circulating fan.  We also inspect the approximate level of housing and attic insulation. 

Exterior- Exterior represents the outer most surface of a house, building or structure.  As a Texas Real Estate Inspection Company, City-Rite LLC will report to its customers any Exterior repairs needed that are present and visible deficiencies of exterior walls that are related to structural performance and water penetration.

Doors and Windows- City-Rite Real Estate Inspections will evaluate and report as in need of repair any deficiencies in doors and windows including proper operational functioning of door latches, garage doors, exterior doors, and windows that display fog or obvious broken seals. 

Leaks- Leaks can be found in areas such as plumbing fixtures, piping, and shut off valves.  Leaks can be highly damaging if not addressed.  Texas City-Rite Real Estate Inspections LLC will report to our customers as in need of repair any water leaks.   

Electrical- City-Rite Texas real estate inspectors will inspect and report as in need of repair deficiencies in the type and condition of the wiring in the panels, in the compatibility of overcurrent protectors for the size of conductor being used and in sizing of listed equipment of overcurrent protection and conductors.  We will report to our customers as in need of repair an inoperable or missing fixture, or deficiencies in exposed wiring. 

Plumbing- We report as in need of repair deficiencies in functional drainage at accessible plumbing fixtures.  We also identify deficiencies in installation and identification of hot and cold faucets. 

Appliances- City-Rite Real Estate Inspections will report to its customers as in need of repairs any deficiencies in installation of stoves, washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, etc. 

Heating and Cooling Systems- In Texas Real Estate Inspections, the Heating and Cooling Systems are composed of various components designed to function as a whole.  Heating and Cooling Systems include: Heating equipment, Central Cooling Equipment, Energy Source and Connections, Combustion Air and Exhaust vent systems, Condensate drainage, and Conditioned air distribution systems. City-Rite Real Estate Inspections is authorized to inspect heating and cooling systems in Texas.

Chimney and Fire Places- City-Rite Real Estate Inspections will report as in need of repair deficiencies in the visible components and structure of the chimney and fireplace.

Porches and Decks- City-Rite Real Estate Inspections will report to its customers as in need of repair structural deficiencies in porches, decks, steps, balconies, etc. 

Safety Hazards and Fire Hazards- Safety Hazards range in scope.  We at City-Rite Real Estate Inspections LLC report as in need of repair any safety hazards including: Structural, functional, and distancing hazards.  Fire Hazards that we inspect include: Gas leaks, combustible material, electrical wiring, and proper smoke alarm presence and functioning.    

Damaged Floors and Ceilings- We professionally evaluate the structural integrity of floors and ceilings.  As a Texas Real Estate Inspection Company we report as in need of repair any dysfunctional or structural breech in floors walls and ceilings.

Gas Leaks- City-Rite Real Estate Inspections will report to its customers as in need of repair deficiencies in materials used for a gas branch line, and the connection to the appliance, the absence of a shut-off valves, or a valve that is not properly located, is inaccessible, or leaks.

Digital Leveling System- A Digital Leveling System is used by authorized Real Estate Inspectors to analyze the foundation of a structure.   The Digital Leveling System is good to detect the levelness of a home's frame, blocks or columns in respect to each other.
